missio in the Eco Centre, as a contribution to the news
At prime time, Burkinabe television reported on the visit of the delegation “missio” and “Die Sternsinger” to our eco-center. Prelate Dr. Klaus Krämer (MISSIO) and Mrs. Beate Jantzen (carol singer) visit the ECO-CENTRE BURKINA and inquire about the progress of the project “Youth and Environment”. Enclosed the video of the news report :
“Die Sternsinger” supported a project for children and young people in the field of environmental education. About twenty school classes or 1,000 school children were invited to our ECO CENTRE and informed about the state of their environment in Burkina Faso. The lessons are practical and the children themselves carry out activities with different topics, such as: protection and care of the trees, avoidance and disposal of plastic waste.
Youth and environment
The visit of missio was very informative for everyone and our eco centre was highly appreciated as a training centre – also in Burkina Faso.
