Our full-time employees are happy about any support in their daily work. Your commitment can be tailored to your interests and strengths. We would be pleased to clarify the individual application possibilities in a personal meeting.
Your commitment may also become a very personal matter. Just start your own fundraising campaign. There are hardly any limits to creativity, because for the good cause it is worth celebrating, doing handicrafts or doing sports together. Here you will find a little inspiration and of course we will support you with administrative tools and tips – we look forward to hearing from you.
We are honoured by your interest and courage in volunteer work in the project area of Burkina Faso. And we know that such commitment is exceptional.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise this option of cooperation, as Terra Verde and IDD Burkina primarily create jobs for locals in Burkina Faso. Giving help for self-help is a credo that we also prioritize in training issues in order not to create new dependencies. To build up know-how directly in the country, we have founded our Eco Center, so that we can offer more and more training positions. In this way, we are ensuring that more and more rural families are given a secure existence in Burkina Faso.
Good public relations work is based on interesting and meaningful lectures, brochures and media appearances. The effect of our work is already very well documented and with uniformly designed modules it forms a perfect template for your own lecture or basis for discussion groups.
As a motivated speaker you will receive our documents for your request. Speakers can be members of the association, school teachers or students – simply ask for documents from the subject areas: Climate change, food security, help for self-help or peace-keeping measures.

A volunteer does not receive a salary for his work. Sure! After all, he works unpaid, voluntarily and is altruistically motivated. Nevertheless, volunteer work may be rewarded and the legislator allows other forms of remuneration.
